A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and unnecessary network downtime. That is the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got trained administrators whose main assignment is to ensure that your web site performs precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t collect any sensitive information. We will require, though, the login info for your current hosting account along with the name of the website that you wish to migrate.

A: Client privacy is among our primary responsibilities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level digital certificates. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative procedures to secure the data that we receive online. And we’ve got a detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your former hosting provider. Once we are done with the migration, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is modify the name server records pertaining to your domain name. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Basically, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
